The customer has a 14-day exchange and return right in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The right of return only applies to unused and salable products. The customer is responsible for all return costs, such as postage and packaging.
If a product is lost or damaged during shipping, or if the wrong product has been delivered to the customer, the customer should report the defect to customer service. Notification of incorrect delivery or defective product must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product.

For a possible refund, we will need your name, address, telephone and bank account numbers, and a copy of the order confirmation.
Return address: Ohakune Oy, Rajamaankaari 18, 02970 Espoo. We do not accept returns more than 14 days after delivery. Once a refund has been accepted, the money will be refunded directly to the customer's account immediately upon receipt and processing of the refund, but no later than 21 days.
