The base of our Kombucha is made of high quality green and black tea. A small amount of sugar and a live strain of yeast and bacteria (SCOBY) are added to the tea, which eats up the sugar added to the product during fermentation. As a result of fermentation, a fresh, varied and at the same time slightly sweet and sour taste is created in the product. Finally, kombucha is seasoned with juices and spices.

Genuine kombucha is not pasteurized, so it should be stored in the cold.
